Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Hi, thank you for looking into this I understand act of god But if you look at the pictureI find it odd that only tree out of that was located in the middle of the pack tipped over Once I saw the tree tipped over, I set it back into the ground and put a post in to help prevent from falling over again That is the reason why I didn't need for them to come out If there is a risk of tree falling over - they should let the customer know and let the customer put in preventative measures If the company does not wish to stake trees Regards, [redacted] **
Hi **, It sounds like the plants were healthy heading into to the winterIf they died over the winter due to a heavy snow fall or snow falling from roof this is something that is out of our controlTo care for plants and prepare them for winter months here are a few tips below:Wrapping them
in burlapCovering them with sheltering structures
All issues with our client *** *** ** *** ***, *** Mass have been resolvedThere was miscommunication between T&B Landscaping and ***.Our number one goal is customer satisfaction, and we are happy we could resolve this matter with our customer
We had an extremely wind and hail storm back in NovemberThe trees we planted in August were all healthy and green. This is an act of godWe have a one year warranty that covers any issues with the trees except acts of godDuring this storm trees that were plus years fell over
*** ** had trees that were planted by us and one of them fell overI offered to come out and put the tree back up but he said don’t botherWe will not warranty a tree that is damaged from a wind storm
As I stated, the work was completed as scheduled but due to uncontrollable factors there were many leaves blown into the pool area. Mrs*** did in fact contact us a few days later when she noticed and we returned to her home as soon as we possible could to remedy the situation
before she needed to close out her pool for the season. Upon arrival, my crew noticed that the pool was already clear out and closed down for the year. Also as I stated, Mrs*** is still behind on her invoice for this job that was in deed completedWe have before and after pictures of the work we did if you need those let me know

Hi, thank you for looking into this. I understand act of god. But if you look at the picture. I find it odd that only 1 tree out of 17 that was located in the middle of the pack tipped over. Once I saw the tree tipped over, I set it back into the ground and put a post in to help prevent from falling over again. That is the reason why I didn't need for them to come out. If there is a risk of tree falling over - they should let the customer know and let the customer put in preventative measures. If the company does not wish to stake trees.
