After 3 days of trying to work with [redacted] Myself, they did finally try to contact me, one time I missed the call & another time this morning at 4/15/16. They did say they would replace the part for me, but they are a salvage yard & I would have to wait for a Dodge to come in their yard with the Correct gear ratio of 3.55 for it to work in my truck. There's no telling how long that'll take. There's only one place I know who has the part & it's located in Halltown. I'm a single mom of 2 kids & this is affecting my job, & motherly duties. I would Only Accept if they agree to put a new part in within 2 weeks, or refund me the $550 so I can afford a new part. I believe that's fair.
When I addressed then about the noise/leaking it was within the 30 day warranty, approximately 2 weeks after it was installed & they fixed the leak (for free) & failed to tell me at that point that the noise I heard was from the gears already grinding & that the rear end was already done for. I told them that I hear a noise & that's what prompted me to look under my truck in which I noticed the leaking. Once the axle fluid leaks to a certain point the gears eventually grind. After they fixed the leak they didn't tell me the noise I heard was bc my gears were grinded, so I went on my way. Weeks later the noise got progressively worse. That's when I went back to [redacted]. Yes that time was out of warranty.. but it never would have messed the gears up if it was fixed right the FIRST time.

This is not true. What would prompt me to look under my truck 2 weeks later if I didn't hear a noise? I informed their mechanic, he checked it & fixed the leak. I have a feeling this will need to be taken up in small claims court,on top other of other options I may have, judging by case net & other reviews. It unfortunate it has gotten to this point.
It wasn't making noise when they first put it in.. that's correct. It didn't make noise until I drove on it for 2 weeks until the noise caught my attention.. & I had then taken it in to get looked at while informing the mechanic what I heard. Mr. [redacted] nor Mr. [redacted] were not present at the time.
Again, it's unfortunate this has to be taken to a different route, but it's obvious I need to take a more extreme route other than Revdex.com. Have a good day.

We never heard that it was grinding once it got put in. It is true it was leaking, however if we would have been informed about the grinding, we would have taken care of it weeks ago. We did not here anything about the grinding until last week when [redacted] came in. In regards to the two week time frame, I will not accept that. I will still fix it, once we get a truck in.
