I ordered a garment that I never receivedEven paid dollars extra for 2-day shippingContacted the website provide from the PayPal receipt and someone named Hugh asked for the order number and then said thanks your product will be shipped in daysAfter asking if I can be reimbursed the dollars I never received any feedback am I productThis is such a disappointmentThis company must be stopped I seen the other reviews of people in YouTube and that is such a shame that someone would post a website and prey on innocent people just looking for a good product and a good deal

This company displayed a beautiful vintage looking red dress for I ordered through pay pal.The dress came today and it was made of cheap fabric the color was not a true red and it was poorly made.It appeared to have beautiful pleating and it was not what they advertised the seams were not even pressedI had a bad feeling buying anything from china but I did anyway and I got what I paid for,Junk .Im not going to waste my time for a refund but I will never do business with them again.I also think that all the positive reviews on their website was written buy them and not real customers because they tell you on their site that they will not print negative review,So disappointed they are bad news

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! !They should be taken off the Internet and shut down! They take your money immediately and take forever to send your orderThey write fake reviews to up their ranking so true reviews won't show, they are LIARS and a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY! Purchased a dress, when the dress arrived it did not fit to my body correctly When I emailed for return information received an email stating I would have to pay for shipping so why didn't I give to someone as a present (this must be an automated response because I see from another customer review she was told the same thing) When they finally sent the information, I returned the item The tracking stated it was received on 11/09/15, so this day they still says they have not received I will never order from this company again and urge you to stay away Glad I only spent a couple dollars with them

I bought a dress from TBDRESSI received the dress but didn't like the way it fitSo I contacted them to return the dress only to be told that I could only receive 50% of the refund and had to pay $in shipping feesSo I just kept the dress that I WONT wear because of the fit and didn't return it because I would have only received $back for a dress I paid almost $for

You can place a new order on our website,and I can give you a big discount (tips:just place the order and don't pay,tell the order number to us and we will change the price for you ,and then you can pay the bill )
You can also return the dress to us and exchange it for a bigger/smaller one ,and you only need to pay $for the re-sending shipping fee"
So they want me to keep the dress that I won't wear and order a new one and pay for that one tooThis was not a custom made dress eitherIt's a standard size dress as I didn't give specific measurements for body shapeThis is not how a business should operate

I ordered a dress from them and when it arrived the neckline was completely off center and hit over my right breast (this was not an asymmetrical neckline)I requested information on how to return it and got a response telling me they checked and they sent me the right size (not the issue), had to pay for shipping (fine), and then urged me to send it my friend or relative as a "nice present" and they'll offer a "nice discount" on my next order..but didn't give info on how to return itWaiting on that response

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! The dresses look really pretty in the pictures, but it is not at all the same quality when you receive them! I tried to return my order for advertising (material was not as described), but I have yet to get my money back!
Step by step experience:
1) I think they ship by boat, it TAKES FOREVER to receive your order;
2) Site uses ADVERTISING and makes quality look a lot better than in reality;
3) Dresses were tight (size chart is off);
4) The REFUND POLICY advertised IS A LIE!!! I returned the dresses and months later I am still arguing with them to get my money back!
Package was returned to the address the dresses shipped from and the company is arguing that this is not a valid addressI sent them a picture of the address on the package I received and they still deny it is their address! At no point when I was discussing shipping options and how to get a refund did they tell me to return to a different address than what was on the package! TBdress wanted me to return items with a tracking code (shipping is at your own cost if you aren't happy with the product!), but the minimum cost to return to China would have been $(a bit disproportionate considering my refund would only be $65!)Company ended up agreeing for me to ship without tracking code ($15), but now they're claiming they never received the packageTHEY'RE THIEVES!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

This is the first time I really ordered a costume sized dress online. I have to tell the experience is really positive. I received it on time and when I put it on the measurements were perfect. The color and the design are exactly like the picture, the little details are well made too, the material is great quality too! I would recommend this site and this dress to anyone.

The company is not in the US, so if you actually want to speak with someone, be prepared for an international call. I have had to chase this company for the rest of my $100+ order for OVER A MONTH. Contacted the website provide from the PayPal receipt and someone named Hugh asked for the order number and then said thanks your product will be shipped in days. After asking if I can be reimbursed the 28 dollars I never received any feedback am I product. This is such a disappointment. I have ordered clothes with TBdress in August 2015 which was never delivered. Upon querying the goods, TBdress said it is stuck at customs. Two months later and still no delivery and asked to be refunded. Tbdress said they can only refund me when the package has been returned. Finally at the beginning of this month they confirmed they have the package and want another $8 to resend it. I declined and evidenced the email that they would refund me on receipt of the package which they then said they would within 3-5 days. Another week past and got an email asking again $8 to resend the package. How can a company continue to operate with this type of service?

Products are OFTEN misrepresented on their website. For example, a picture may shoe a pair of tweedy, wool-like, skinny dress pants, but the product is actually a printed lycra legging. Coats and jackets are so poorly made, they often won't button up the front. And most problematic, their website promises a return shipping address in the United States, but the company refuses to answer emails about such returns and give out that address. There is no US phone number listed. At this point, even if I had a place to send the items I wish to return, I don't trust them to issue me the refund once they get them. Internet is full of complaints. Do not do business with these people.

Don't ever buy any merchandise from this company unless you positive that it will fit properly. They do not honor their refund policy and are a very unethical company that should be shut down!! I ordered a dress and on the day it was received, I emailed the company to inform them that it didn't fit and I needed to return, knowing that the dress had to be returned in 15 day. For several days in a row, they asked different questions, like what is wrong with it, send us pictures, never providing the return address. Finally on the fifth day, they said "it is hard for us to resell it again. So we just could give you partial refund. We sincerely suggest you keep the dress as gift to your friend or resell it". No where in the refund policy does it say that there will be a partial refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY ORDERING FROM THIS VERY DECEPTIVE, UNETHICAL COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am horribly horribly disappointed. I ordered all accurate sizes based on measurements across the board, and only 2/7 of the dresses I ordered fit and were true to size. They didn't even include the headband I ordered in my package. Do not order from here! If you are a sundress/day dress lover like me, take your inquiries elsewhere!

I ordered a dress from TBdress, then saw some of these reviews and got worried. However, the dress arrived about 2 weeks after I placed my order, and I am very happy with it.

Awful! Ordered 2 items for Halloween. I assumed if they didn't fit I'd donate. I paid near $40 in expedited shipping and 2 weeks later no word. The site claimed it was London based but when I called it was China. The person refused to refund me being "ironically" the items shipped at the exact moment of my call. The exude Ted shipment meant they'd be "made" in few days not delivered they claimed. I was refused any refund. The items were received a week after the call. A 26 to be safe. They do not go past my calves. Awful
