I am rejecting this response because: There is more information lacking for review.My request for service dated 8-was responded to on 8-but wasn't fixed, nor was the air-conditioning working on the following Monday or TuesdayThis request was being handled by both maintenance workersBoth would come back & forth trying to get this resolvedMy air-conditioning wasn't fixed until 8-Per Mr*** it was a perfect storm, initially needing freon, then a burned out wire, then the condenser and finally a new pipeThe wire & pipe required opening up a hole in the laundry room ceilingThis hole remained open until approximately 8-before a temporary patch job was doneThere was also a need to change out the original thermostat and a subsequent one.On 8-when I was told again we would still be without air-conditioning working I demanded to be allowed into an empty unit that had working air.My original request was not for a months rent freeI was wanting consideration for partial rent reductionI firmly believe I should be prorated for the nine days I was left without my air-conditioningThe temperatures during the time it wasn't working was at least degrees with a heat index of degreesI did look into a hotel/motels in the area but this was cost prohibitive because I had just paid rent and rooms ranged in price from $49.99-119.00.I was asking for a letter so I could discuss with the electric company a possible cost reduction with them as wellMs*** did return my call request and we spoke about this over the phoneShe requested several previous and present billing invoices, which have been providedI am awaiting a response on this.All phone calls placed to the office after hours are recorded per Ms***I do not know who is responsible for responding to them

The resident has every right to reject the comments by management this is her prerogativeIt is duly notedAll her concerns regarding her AC issues have been repaired and completedShe stopped by our management office with several electric bills regarding her expensesThese are being reviewed and once they are done being reviewed we will contact the resident regarding our decision in regards to her request for concession for her electric expense

Dear Sir or Madam,Attached you will find five AC work orders reported from unit they are ranging back from 8/9/2013 to 8/13/2015. Mrs*** *** move in date is 1/24/since her move in date she has reported AC work ordersThe first work order is dated:
4/11/- - this work order was ac is not cooling, The unit was charged with freon and it was cooling properly.the 2nd is dated: 7/16/- this work order was ac is not blowing cold air, The contactor burnt - The contactor was replaced and the ac is running and cooling.the third dated: 8/1/- ac is not cooling again, The condenser unit was replaced with a ton condenser, the 4th dated: 8/13/was reporting the ac is not shutting off - the thermostat was replaced.*** *** our lead maintenance person explained to the resident after the 4th request that their nephews who are ranging in ages 10-were always coming in and going out of their apartment opening and closing the door to many time will sometimes keep the ac running because every time the door opens some air escapes out and therefore their ac still needs to cool the apartment and that's why it stays on more than normal.The demands from this resident are unfounded requesting one month free rent and a discount on her electric billing due to her work orders were addressed by our maintenance staff immediatelyThe times that they reported their ac maintenance requests their ac was handled in a timely manner and accordinglyThe ac call on 8/was on a Saturday they maintenance technician went over to their apartment and charged the ache went back to unit to recheck it again on Monday and again on Tuesday it was coolingOn Wednesday Mr*** stopped by the office and told the office leasing agent his ac was not cooling againThe maintenance technician went back over there and he decided it would be best to replace the ac condenserWe ordered the condenser and the unit was replaced with a new one. The occupancy in a 2bedroom bath apartment maximum is people, unfortunately there are people residing in the unit - are unauthorizedWith people living in a bedroom bath apartment will make her electric bill higherSince she has the unauthorized people who are always opening and closing the front door to her apartment this of course will increase the ac unit to work harder to keep cooling the space of her apartment due to the loss of cold air for every time they open and close the door.To date I have not seen an electric bill from Mrs*** to verify her electric billing being higher than normal, but I will contact her today to review the electric bill for my verification and to try to find out what she is talking about regarding her electric bill concerns.In regards to management not caring about her and her work orders is also unfoundedThe lead maintenance has gone over to her apartment immediately after their maintenance reports have been reportedIf she left a message for the manager to call her back she has not received them from an office staff memberSince it is the end and beginning of the month so our office staff gets extremely busy and this could be an oversight to relate to the manager to call her back to talk to her about her ac issues or requests. The solution at hand will be: I will be calling her back to talk to her regareding her requested issues.Sincerely,*** ***
