hi im contacting you regarding this complaint, this customer came in to the store and purchased a desktop computer from us, when she went home she tried to install all kind of software on the computer that was not compatible with this computer.she came back and returned it and asked us to get her a new computer, which we did, and then again she went home and on this computer she decided that this machine was refurbished, whence we told her that it cant be she said ohhh I might have gave you the wrong S/Nthe customer had contacted us during the Jewish holidays and asked to return this computer as well, we offered her a full refund for her purchase even tho we only offer a store credit or an exchange.the customer never came to get the refund
