month, the overages get looked at on a quarterly basis the way the agreement is written, so they get 13,500 copies a quarter
They pay for color copies @ .07 cents
The salesperson has been removed, no where in the paperwork that the saleperson turned into the company was anything written about the special arrangement for billing overages.
its true that all the leases in our industry are farmed out to 3rd party leasing companies, we have thousands of customers, we can't act disinterested, how would we continue to sell new equipment if we did that ? We have been in business since 1988 doing the same thing
