TC Aluminum

I’m normally not accustomed to writing online reviews for hired work because my expectations are rarely met. However, I was overwhelmed with the quality and workmanship of TC Aluminum. They went above and beyond my expectations. While the work was being done, I spent a majority of that time outside installing new lighting around my house. Thus, I was able to witness a great deal.
I hired TC Aluminum in July 2015. The total cost for my project was $13,500. It included the removal of my old gutter system, the installation of new 6” gutters, installation of TruVent soffits, and the aluminum wrapping of my soffits, fascia, frieze boards, as well as the trim around my garage doors. I also had Gutter Dome gutter guard protection installed on my new gutters. In addition, the price included the use of a boom lift to reach a side of my house that was not accessible by ladder. Although the price was a little more than a couple other quotes I received, I felt I was going to get the most peace of mind after discussing installation with the owner, Tim.
Tim is very meticulous and has awesome attention to detail. He was willing to meet with me a couple times before I signed the contract just to make sure I understood exactly what my options were for installing the gutters, as well as the gutter guard options. He has a solid, dedicated group of workers that are super courteous and all get along with each other. I could tell that his crew had lots of experience working together, and they all really had a great deal of respect for Tim as well. It’s not very often that you see crews working side by side with the owner of the company they work for (Tim was on site every day working side by side with his crew doing most of the metal crimping/binding.) If any crew members had a question, they came to Tim because they wanted to make sure they were getting it right. Tim was constantly shouting out directives to workers to ensure that things were done not only to my satisfaction, but to his satisfaction as well…nothing got by him.
It was clear early on how important communication was to Tim as he always took my phone calls in the weeks leading up to my start date, the days he and his crew were on site, and the weeks following job completing for any follow up questions I had. In fact, Tim wore a Bluetooth head set the majority of the time while he was working on site!
In January 2016, I called Tim and told him that I noticed some minor dripping over the corner of a gutter from a valley on my roof, which was part of an addition I had put on just before his crew started. Within days, Tim had one of his crew members out at my house to fix the dripping. His prompt attention to my concerns, in turn, prompted me to write a review, which was much deserving and long over-due.
If you’re looking for new gutters, gutter guards, or aluminum wrapping, then look no further. Tim is your man!

I was very pleased with the quality work done by TC Aluminum. I was provided with a detailed contract before the work began. No additional charges were added at the completion of the project. The date the work was to be done was adhered to. The owner and workers were knowledgeable, conscientious, and friendly. Eight months after the project was finished, I noticed a problem. I only called the owner once about it. As soon as the weather permitted, the workers arrived to fix the problem. I strongly recommend TC Aluminum.

The TC Aluminum workers did a fantastic job, the gutters look great, nice attention to detail. The workers went the extra mile on getting rain barrels hooked up to the new gutters.
