DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They take your money, never send order and then won't return emails and phone calls! My sister and I posted on their Facebook page just ASKING a question about her order and they have BLOCKED both of us from their Facebook! Still no refund and no merchandise! If anyone posts a negative comment or even a question that person's comment gets deleted and they get blocked! That way it looks like all they have is positive comments and ppl will want to continue ordering!!
I have to say I was a little nervous after I ordered a Christmas smocked dress ( having read such negative reviews) but was pleasantly surprised with a timely response to my email and did receive it in plenty of time for Christmas

On 11/19/I placed an order for two smocked Christmas tree outfits for a total of $and expected ship time was 1-2weeksOrder *** I have yet to receive the order, and cannot get in touch with the company via email or phoneI posted on their Facebook page about the issue (so did lots of other people) and they deleted the postI paid with my visa debit cardI have now disputed payment through my bank

I ordered several smock dresses from TC DesignsThe quality of the dresses is the best I have seen for that cheap and I usually order from *** *** which is top of the line and expensiveThere was a wait of weeks but I received a email right after I ordered letting me know when I would receive themOther than that I will continue to orderYou cannot beat those prices and shipping is fast once it ships

This shop is not qualified to service an Audi after spending 5 hours in diagnostics and charging $816 they claimed that they needed another Five or maybe more hours to find it. It took the Audi dealer all of 30 min to find the problem and no charge for diagnostics
