When I called the customer he asked for a total to fix his mower. he did not ask for the grand total of the billat that point we didn't have a bill made up it was an estimate of what it would cost to fix his machinehe was told to fix the mower it would be underhe was called back
and told the mower needed a battery he said to put the new battin which was not part of the estimate.we do not add pick up and delivery into our base price to fix a mower. our company does not hide costs, you only pay for the services you actually receive. out of the + customers we have had, not one ever expected or assumed we would pick up and delver their machine for free.thanks,tony c***

I am rejecting this response because: I did specifically asked for my grand total.  Plus, they never once mentioned a pick up and delivery cost.   Which they just admitted in their response, they never once mentioned to me, about adding a pick up and delivery charge.

Review: I had my mower serviced by TC Lawn Equipment. When I contacted them I asked what the bill would be. I was told their was a flat service fee of $139 plus parts, I said ok. A couple of days later I got a call, and they told me everything that had to be done. I asked what my grand total would be and they told me it would be under $300. I said fine, do the work. They called back and added one more item, said I'd need a new battery. I asked how much would that add to my bill and they stated $60. I ok'd the battery as well. Then when I got the bill I was shocked, my total was $421.21. On the bill they added a $60 pick up and delivery fee, which they never once mentioned to me. So I called them and asked why they were adding a charge they never mentioned. Their reply was they always charge for pickup/delivery. I asked them why I wasn't told about this charge, they replied it's a standard charge. I then asked, "Why then did you tell me my total was $300 when I asked before the work started, and not $360?" There reply was the $300 was the flat service charge and parts was $300, it did not include the pickup/delivery. I argued since I was never told about an additional service charge I shouldn't have to pay it. They refused to take it off the bill. I even tried to meet them half way and ask to have it cut in half, since I was never told about it. They refused so I told them I'd be reporting them to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $60 pickup/delivery fee. I was forced to pay it, or they wouldn't return my mower for me. I do not have a vehicle that I could have used to pick it up.
