This letter is to answer the complaint that is on file with youI have answered it twice already and submitted it to the website from the link that was emailed to meAlthough I have received another email to answer it again so I don’t know why it is not being submittedI answered on my company’s behalf and will try to do the same nowI am registered to operate under the business name of TC Painting which is what is on file with the Revdex.comMy son operated under TC Paint and Remodeling until he registers for his new business name when he is ready. I technically work for my son on a somewhat commission basisI help with documentation, blueprints, purchasing, invoicing, customer service, human resource work such as hiring, contracts and payrollThere are other jobs such as marketing and advertising along with meeting with employees etcMy involvement is on an administrative side and never have I negotiated contracts or accepted payment for any contractThis is all done by *** ***On my son’s behalf because of the customer service duties I did take phone calls and tried to delegate with a meeting with Mrs*** but in only that capacity*** at the ***e was taking care of some of his VA appointments and drappointmentsIt is my job as his administrator to know what has come in his business and what has to go out in regards to payroll and invoicingIt is in this capacity that I can state that Mrs*** started to follow the terms of the contract at the beginning in regards to making the payroll and expendituresMy son is very customer conscious and literally let the customer slide on some of the terms because of the miscommunication. Attached is the contract and terms are stated on it regarding job duties and paymentShe started with a $16,check to cover the purchase of materials, payroll, permits and other expensesI told my son that she was not meeting her expenses and labor and that he was paying these but he said she was good for itI told him that he need to stick to the contract because the customer will always not remember or loose site of the contract unless you bill them or let them know they are not meeting the contract requirementsI will attach the expense sheet to which he has receipt for each entry. The issue is that she was trying to get so much other work done that was clearly out to the scope of the contract and when *** tried to discuss the optionsShe was very different than the previous meeting by stopping the conversation and wanting for him to bow his head and pray or some other avoidance tactic to get away from answering for her part of the money owed and for the extra work that we have to charge her forShe was going in all kinds of directions and was not addressing the important aspects of the jobThis is obvious in the new bid price she claims to have gottenA lot of the work she is saying was not done she did not pay for or was sub contracted out to different entitiesMy son did help her locate some of these trades such as the electrician, plumber, and others to which she paid them separately but is saying she gave *** this money for his contractShe has separate invoices and receipts for those expenditures and the others that were not made to the original contract. She still owes TC Paint and Remodeling money for the contract, work outside the contract, materials, and other expenses that he is seeking these damages through litigationShe is claiming that work was not done right by us on work that we were not contracted to do The extra work that she owes *** for is still not been paid or expenses reimbursed that he paid from his own pocketShe only wanted to meet with him when things were really at an impasseShe refused him to collect his tools and materials from the job and had her friends and acquaintances not let him on the jobsite including the sheriff and police that were doing personal favors instead of actual law duties to which complaints are in process also*** has only met and dealt with Mrs*** and these other people were never involved in the contract with ***He did everything he could do but the eccentric nature and religious mannerisms made it impossible for her to conduct business in a professional manner. that he need to stick to the contract because the customer will always not remember or loose site of the contract unless you bill them or let them know they are not meeting the contract requirementsI will attach the expense sheet to which he has receipt for each entry. I have already responded to this complaint. I am my own entity as TC Painting and am not affiliated with [redacted] on any of his business as TC Paint and Remodeling. I have my own contracts and am not responsible for any of his business ventures. I never associated nor bid with this person in any...

way. I was contracted by my son to only do administration work in his paper work. I never received any monies or any dealings with this customer. They only used me as a contact for [redacted] and that is the extent of our communications. In no way shape or form was I in this contract for [redacted] who is his own entity and should not be connected to my business.
