Customer ( [redacted] ) checked in the phone in our store on 3/14/at 4:PMCustomer statements:- "I DROPPED my phone into a toilet"- "Phone was working fine after I dried it outbut it was not charging with the power cord"We at TC-TEKS checked in the phone in a completely non-functional conditionNo lights or signs of power to the phone for us to test or check any issue or status.Customer request a battery replacementWe replaced the batteryAfter powering on the phone, the screen showed damage.On 3/27/Customer was called to let her know that:We have agreed to repair the customer's screen at no extra cost, BUT because there was water inside the phone, we can not guarantee there won't be other issues with the device.Currently we are waiting on part to arrive and replace the screen.-- Sincerely, [redacted] *** [redacted] *** TC-TEKS COMPUTERS Co-Owner
