T.C towing LLC.DBA Metro Parking Solutions

My car was towed 1/17/2014 for Autumn chase Apartments in Fort Worth due not parking in visitor parking at 3:22 p.m. I retrieve my vehicle the same day at 4:33p.m. The next day I notice something leaking from my car it was a small oil leak, Sunday morning I went outside I notice a big oil spot and my car was smoking. I contacted a license mechanic by the name of [redacted] H.K automotive repair informed me that my car oil pan was crack and had to be replace. I told him that my car was towed two days prior and I never had any mechanical issues with my car .. I contacted [redacted] from [redacted] and he advised me to come pick up damages and property claim report . I picked up the complaint form and turned it in with the information he required with the form which was two estimates pictures and the form needed to be notarized. I turned in all the information Monday January 20,2014 at 11:35 a.m. [redacted] advise me not to drive my car and he will get back with me... I have not heard any thing about the repairs for my vehicle and he avoids my calls . I have lost paid days of work and I am a single parent of five children and that is my only means of transportation. I am not contesting the tow I am contesting the damages that occurred during the tow.
