I booked a room and stayed one night on 11/05/They charged my debit card that day for one nightThree days later Super hotel charged my debit card an additional $I talked to the manager (Randy) about it and he said that they charged the $because a sheet bed was missingI explained to him that the sheet bed was never there in the first place because I know that neither my wife nor I took that bed sheetSo there are only two possibilities: the bed sheet was never there or the Super hotel takes advantage of their customers by charging them whenever they feel like itAll I want is my money back and to stop these kind of dishonest activities done by the super hotel
