The refrigerator that was purchased was in working order when it left the facility, customer verified that was indeed the fact. After being contact days after the appliance left customer called and brought the issue to attention. Repair...

technician made several initial attempts to contact customer and set up workable day for both parties, after an amicable day was reached technician arrived to see fridge damaged and or dropped it appeared, we tried several times to explain to customer the reason for not cooling was not caused because of faulty product but because of abuse. Technician tried several times to work with customer on viable solutions including having the fridge dropped off at our location and we would give an equal value fridge as good faith, that was not good enough because he would have to cover the transportation fees on his end. After me the owner had a very one sided conversation with the disgruntled customer, the one side of the conversation was on his end " threat after threat" about what I must do or else I hung up on him. Sometimes the customer is not always right and this was the case. We felt like we did everything we could to eliminate the issues and concerns of the customer, apparently we failed, but we tried.

This is a lie. The electricity on the fridge worked when it left their facility but the cooling was not known to work or not work. The company made no effort to resolve the issue besides sending out a tech that did not fix the fridge. I also was never offered a exchange or I would have arranged to make that happen immediately. If you guys are being honest then why won't you make the offer to exchange now instead of falsifying information to the Revdex.com to make yourself look good.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/11/28) */
As mentioned above, I have done all that I can do to rectify this with the customer. Unfortunately, the customer was not interested in my resolution. As mentioned, I am more than happy to exchange the fridge, and the customer was not interested.

Every load we have touched with our internal process has had at least those minimum requirements. The customer openly admits he took samples, samples of 5-6,000 units does not cut in in this business. It is correct tht most if not all pallets will have CRC tags on them, it is an internal process that most if not all big box stores use to identify products that have the ability to move directly to the shelf for discounted sales.
All this was explained when the customer was introduced to our company. Many things are conveniently forgotten from a customer who is new to the industry but seems to know everything. Instead of speaking on the phone they continue to use this mechanism as a device to spew propaganda to pressure us to refund them, this will not happen.
We provided product that was indicative of our description, you cannot determine accuracy with a sample of less than 1 % of the entire deal. We never offer refunds to people based on if they " like it or not " that would be flat out stupidity.
We have a great name in an industry full of false promises, we are far from perfect but we are honest and proud of our customer service. We cannot please everyone but we try. There will be no refund issued, if the customer feels like we lied and has documentation and knows the wholesale laws they should take us to court.
