Im sorry about the inconvenience of the windshield I can assure you the
windshield was put on the right way and sometimes things like this happen
where air noses will be heard when driving so that's when we come and reseal it up
Now I did show up when they
told me about the air noisesAlso I apologize for the calls
I could not receive from them as I do have other customers aswell to attend to, however I will
resolve the issue and replace the windshield on their vehicle free at no charge if the air
noises are still heard

The auto glass repair techs let the windshield fall on the dashboard of my car and it left cuts in my leather dashboard and scratches on my glove compartment The management is extremely difficult to contact and suggested that I spray the dashboard to cover the scratches instead of offering to pay for the repair of the damages that were a result of the sloppy work of their employees

The day Mr *** called I explained my price and what the warranty covers that meaning if his window cracks or brakes that we would
Come out and replace the window for half the price that's what the warranty is , nothing is freeOn arrival to Mr *** house we go ahead examine the
vehicle with the old glass so we can point out things that are already wrong with vehicle so were not responsible for itNow I get started on working on the vehicle and Mr *** was outside examining all our work checking the new glass and we both examined it and he looked at it and not once did he have a complaint about the glassNow after we finished the job we left he must of did something to the vehicle for the windshield to crackMy warranty was explained to customer before leaving job siteI will be more than gladly to replace his windshield with my warranty being the same
