be mailed 4 months after the T-Mobile activation is complete as it is subject to 4 months of paid service. The web page clearly states that the $50 rebate must be done with an EIP ACTIVATION. Also, the page clearly stated the prices were current as of January 1, 2014, which date had already passed, and consequently are subject to change after that date. We updated the pricing of the website so pricing is current as of May 15, 2014. Nonetheless, we will honor the discount. Furthermore, our page clearly states that some restrictions apply and see store for details. All of this was explained to the customer the day he came into the store. Again, we will definitely honor the price by granting the rebate as long as customer complies with the terms, restrictions and conditions of such rebate.
