Good morning, our records indicate that the lien holder on this account had the auction come to our facility on 2/to transport the vehicle to the auction on their behalf We have no control over when the vehicle goes to the auctionIt is at the lenders discretion The customer attempted to redeem the vehicle on Wednesday February 10th At that time we advised her that the vehicle had already gone to the auction and to contact her lenderDue to the confusion we did credit a $administration / property fee for her and advised her to contact the lender for instructions on how to redeem the vehicle from the 3rd party auction

Good morningI have reviewed this situation with Mr [redacted] and advised him that our condition report and pictures do not show any damage to steering column on the the KiaMr [redacted] was concerned that the repo company did the damage as the shop advised him that the cars are normally towed in with the seatbelt tied around the steering wheel for support and that is what we must have doneI reviewed this with the repossessor who recovered the vehicleHe did not tie down the steering wheel as there was no need toHe towed the vehicle into the lot by the front endWe have video footage of this happeningWe also have pictures of the steering column intactI advised Mr [redacted] to contact the auction as he redeemed the vehicle from them and most likely the damage occurred while they had it

Tri City Auto Recovery received a repossession account for MrRaspberry's Polaris Slingshot on 10/4/16. The vehicle was repossessed the same day on 10/4/16. The vehicle was repossessed in accordance with the contract we have with the lender. The storage fees that we charge
are our contracted rate with the lenderThe customer has not redeemed the vehicle so cannot be certain that any damage was done to it as he expressed. If, after redemption of the vehicle, the customer still believes that damage was done to his clutch we do have a claims department that he can contact for remedy
