Review: I was sold a 99 Honda Accord ex coupe from TCB. After test driving the car I noticed the cars transmission was shifting rough and possibly slipping. When I brought this up to the dealer he said he'd include a 3 month warranty on the transmission. I then found out that what they did was illegal by selling the car and warranty with a preexisting condition. They refuse to make this right and the problem with the car won't be covered by the warranty. Instead of fixing their own mistake they tried to put it on the warrant company. Very unprofessional as well as illegal!Desired Settlement: I would like a new transmission or a replacement car that runs properly right when purchased. The car has many bad ratings online regarding bad transmissions. I bought the vehicle before this one from them and thought I could trust these guys. I think they need to make this right. I was a.returning customer to their business and do not feel as though I've been treated fairly.

Response:
On 04/11/14, [redacted] came into the dealership to trade her car in for one with better gas mileage. I traded her even for a Honda accord after she test drove the car. While she was doing the car deal across the street at the notary her boyfriend came in and said I hope the car blows up. Apparently they were fighting and approximately two hours after she left with the car, she came back crying and saying that her boyfriend kicked in the passenger side of car. I went to go look at damage and the car was caved in from being kicked on passenger side. Two weeks later she called and said the car was shifting hard which it didn't when she bought the car. We always offer a three month power train warranty from [redacted] on the later models for a piece of mind to the customers protection. I told her we would be happy to look at the car and setup three appointments which she never came in for us to check over the car. In business we strive to make all customers happy but this one seems to be a battle with a relationship between girlfriend and boyfriend and letting him drive the car on multiple occasions without bringing the car back. I did advise the customer to get a hold of the warranty company and never heard back.
