Review: I hired [redacted] who is the owner of TCB PLUMBING and HEATING to fix a frozen pipe. It was not an emergency since I had shut the water to affected area two day before he came.[redacted] visited my home on 1/**/2014. He opened the wall and located the location of the cracked pipe. He did not fix the pipe. He promised he will come to complete the work on January **, 2014. I paid [redacted] $500 on that day and it was understood that this would be an advance for the future work. [redacted] visit took less than an hour.[redacted] did not show up on 1/13**14. He failed to show up and complete the work as promised for over 20 days, and during that time he did not returned my calls and did not reply my emails. On 1/**I informed [redacted] that I will hire another plumber to complete the work and I asked him to refund me $375 which the excess amount over the $125 [redacted] refused to refund the money and falsely claimed that the $500 are is fee for the visit.Desired Settlement: [redacted] should refund $375 for work he did not preform and apologize for poor service
