I purchased a tool from this company that has not worked properly from the first day that I bought itI called they passed blame around between manufacturer and the shipping companyThe manufacturer sent new parts which I used to try to fix the issueThis did not workI then left messages twice with no return callsI called again and was told to call the manufacturer againFrom the conversation with the manufacturer the product needs to be fully disassembled and then reassembledI then called magnum back and left two more messages which have not been returned
