We are currently and continue to work on the clients credit file I have provided a copy of the agreement and results of our credit repair services We have never claimed we will have the file completed in days but that we will see changes to the file If the clients receives
court complaints we will do our best to help but can not provied legal services due to the fact that we are not attorneys Not sure why the consumer *** ***) claims we have done nothing to her credit file as if we are not performing our duties again I have attached the proof and the agreement She should not be making accusations

We have worked continuously with the client but the client does not pay her credit cards on time therefore not permitting the score to go up Also Client fell back months on the student loans causing the score to drop over points We paid collection agencies and they have supplied
her with evidence of satisfaction Client needs to pay her bills on time Also client has just received new medical collection Again we cannot be responsible for the consumers responsibility

I am rejecting this response because:
This company has refused to work with me! Paid my bills late when payment was given back to him in April and the payments for credit cards were paid in August! I received several notices from the creditors that my payment arrangement was brokenThat was his doing!! When I called to talk to him, he didn't pick up his phone or call me back! HE is an irresponsible business man! I have been there when other clients have complained of him not returning calls like he did with meMy loans were in deferment and he was aware of that because I explained that to him! I have paid my other credit cards on time so now he is lying about that! I had to send someone there on my behalf to resolve the issues At hand because he refused to answer my calls or emails The person there on my behalf also explained to him that he should have returned my calls and he admitted to that person he didn't ! And Owens was also late to the appointment when the person on my behalf went, and late being an hour! He plays games with people and avoids situations when he knows the people are irate with him! In one text he claimed to have stated he would call me in minutes which I have proof of , and he never called at all! I also see there is another complaint on here as well! He has bad business ethics and turns things on his clients because he refuses to take responsibility for his actionsI have paid for the services and the results were horrific The only reason there was confirmation of paid and unpaid bills was because the person I send there on my behalf, stood there for hours to make sure he confirmed that payments were made! And in that time frame, it was discovered that he made late payments and non payment of a bill that was paid the same day of that person being there for me! Owens M***s needs to assume responsibility of his actions and be a professional and attend his clients for the services that they have paid for!

Review: We hired the service to fix a few problems on our credit report. The procedure was suppose to take 45 days this was back in February 2015. I have received letters from the bureaus and have forward them to this company. We are in the process of buying a home and needed our reports to be fixed for this matter. Our reports are still the same and I have contacted this company numerous amounts of times for an update and they never returned my calls or emails. They are very unprofessional. Another thing, I received a notice from a student loan trying to take me to court I had 15 days to response I advised this service, the receptionist told me to forward them the documents, confirmed they received and said they will answer the notion. Later on I received a notice from the court saying my paperwork was never answered. I'm waiting for a court date on this matter. They didn't do their job and lied about doing something they didn't do. I'm very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I need to know what's going on with my documents, they have access to my personal information and I am seeing NO RESULTS. I want them to take responsibility for the notion I received and they said they would take care of.

I went From a 535 score to 692 in 4 months.

Review: I began using Owens M[redacted] thru a referral from an associate who recommended me to use him. I am currently at this moment under contract with a purchase of a home. I started using TCC credit beginning in January. As of today my score has gotten worst, he has not resolved the issues at hand and has not responded to my calls, texts, or email. I have given him up to $1,000.00 for the service and also to pay collection items that have appeared on the report. From June that I gave him the money for the 2 collection accounts they have not been paid. I received letters from the companies that the arrangements have broken and that nothing has been paid. Therefore, lowering my score because of the irresponsibility of Owens M[redacted]. I have called him several times on this matter. When I called the associate who referred him , is when he responded and not to me, only to that individual. I was told that he will pay it and that he will submit payment and things will be taken care of. I have still yet to receive proof of payment. He claimed that it was paid and that he would email the invoices. I still do not have it. His action lowered my score and the reality is that he doesn't care. I have been to his office a few times and always hear the same complaints from others saying, "you don't return my calls, my credit is still the same!" I think he's a scam artist and takes people for their money. I am looking to seek counsel on this because he has lowered my score, not returned my calls, claimed that he will call me and never has. When I go the office, he's barely there. I am getting the runaround. I have all paperwork, emails, and texts to prove my claim in this matter. He has delayed my mortgage approval because of this and I am under severe stress as the property I am buying is under contract and seeking a commitment! I need a RESOLUTION immediately and will not continue to keep waiting for months for my credit to get repaired when he is clearly not working on it.Desired Settlement: I want proof of payment that the accounts have been paid and I want my money back for lack of working on my file.
