his vehicle was within factory specs see attached inspection report with before and after alignment spec sheetAs to the wait to get his vehicle in and out of our shop, we did take longer than usual to install tires and alignment, when Mr*** came in we did have alignment ahead of him and he was informed that this would take longer than normalThis is the first I have heard of any issues with his alignment not be to his satisfactionWe would have been happy to look at any concerns he may have had and corrected these issues if he would have called us.
