We are working on resolving this for you with the carrier companyTCI Logistics has talked to the carrier multiple times todayYour vehicle is not stolen, it is put in storage by the carrierThe reason why your car was put in storage is because the driver was not able to reach you on Sunday March 19th to schedule the deliveryHe has the right to put it in storage, however, he doesn't have the right to put it in storage in a different stateWe will get back to you by the end of the day to let you know what is going on

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have spent over $on repairs to the vehicle, because Park Place did not do a thorough inspection prior to offering the vehicle for sale.? If a rigorous inspection took place, the frame damage would have been notedI will take $15,cash in exchange for the vehicleOr I will take an equal trade; a vehicle worth the same amount I paid for the Hummer Hin 2014, with the exact amount still owed on the current loan Regards, [redacted] ?

We spoke with ** *** on 6/8/about here concernshe said another dealer had pulled a VIN check on something other than Carfax and told her it had structural damage reported in We only use Carfax here at Park Place and the Carfax does not show previous damageHer concern
was someone at another dealership had placed a very low value on the carI task her to bring it by here and we would look at the car and put a current value on it based upon no damage as stated on the Carfax with no deductions other that the 1/years of depreciationWe will put a value on the car just as we sold it to her, with no issues showing on the Carfax unless they took place after we sold it to herAt that point our connection was dropped, I left a message for her to call me back but she did not respond at this point *** ***General manager

** *** contacted me stating another dealer in told her she had structural damage reported in at an auto actionShe also stated that the dealer told here her the car had no value because of this damage, $I believe is what she said on a car she said she paid $22,forMy records show she paid less than that for the car but has no bearing on how we proceed. I have ask her to bring the car by the dealership to let my techs look at the car to see what this other dealer it claiming as damage, When we sold the car the Carfax reports no damage and still does notShe has had the car for and 1/years so there will be depreciation but the car is worth well over the $she stated the dealer told her it was worth, if the car has been taken car of if should have a value of closer to $11,if it is in clean conditionWhich we will have to see it to determine. Since the Carfax shows no damage there would not be a deduction for any damage unless it happened after the sell of the car to ** ***.I understand she is not happy with here car, and would like to helpWhile I am willing to give ** *** some special consideration in purchasing another car I can do nothing until I see the condition of the car and put a value on the Hummer. While her demands cannot be meet I am interested in helping her come to a resolution we can both live withI think she determined we are not going to help instead coming in to the store like I have askI was only made aware of her concern less than a week ago.Thanks

We were able to meet with and resolve the issue with Park Place yesterday afternoon

We are working on resolving this for you with the carrier company. TCI Logistics has talked to the carrier multiple times today. Your vehicle is not stolen, it is put in storage by the carrier. The reason why your car was put in storage is because the driver was not able to reach you on Sunday March...

19th to schedule the delivery. He has the right to put it in storage, however, he doesn't have the right to put it in storage in a different state. We will get back to you by the end of the day to let you know what is going on.
