Dear [redacted] , I am writing to respond to certain allegations and other accusations that were made against myself and my companyTo clear up some confusion its important you know the facts about our companyWe are a call center that is contracted to field incoming calls as well as reach out to a multitude of clients that are in need of CBD (Cannabidiol) Herbal SupplementsOur main goal is to assist people, like yourself, who are in need of holistic relief from their daily aches, pains, and major ailments; giving them a better quality of lifeMost of what we do here is answer questions about CBD and deal with any minor issues related to the shipping of the productOn our first phone interaction I explained our policy for returns and refundsProtocol is that we have you send the product back to the fulfillment center in FloridaDue to your frustration, I requested that you send the product directly back to our office in Tukwila Washington to get your refund credited quicker than the standard daysIn the week following our phone conversation, we chose to terminate our relationship with Web-Op.com, the company responsible for selling you the "Free Trial" CBD product you purchasedUpon dissolving this relationship, we no longer had access to Wclient records or any of their merchant accounts, thus making it impossible to process returns or refundsEven with the termination of the relationship we have continued to try and help clients acquire a full refundHere are the two options we suggest: Option A: Give Web-Op.com a call at 866-296-and request a refund(Unlikely to work) Option B: Give a call to your bank and dispute the charge(We are more than happy to way call the bank with you and explain the circumstances) I again apologize for this inconvenience and confusion as it has been a challenging situation for allI will also forward my response to the Revdex.com so that they understand the circumstances surrounding the complaint and have all the factsLet me know how you would like to proceedTell us why here

In the week following our phone conversation, we chose to terminate our relationship with Web-Op.com, the company responsible for selling you the "Free Trial" CBD product you purchased. Upon dissolving this relationship, we no longer had access to Web-op client records or any of their merchant accounts, thus making it impossible to process returns or refunds. Even with the termination of the relationship we have continued to try and help clients acquire a full refund.
