I have never been contacted again after many calls pictures being sent to Chuck. The furniture is less then a year old. Furniture discounters refused to refund monies for a cancelled lay away I was forced to either take more of their merchandise...

or just write my layaway funds off. They threatened me with the police. I feel that the 1 peice of furniture I did purchase that has a manufacture problem they would want to try to resolve this issue. The have never contacted me back in regards to this default. As a consumer and a returning customer this is the poorest customer service and relations I have ever experienced. It would be nice to have the peice replaced at this point. [redacted]. [redacted].
