I had Miramar Carpet & Upholstery cleaning, Come out to clean my carpetsThey did a horrible job, They advertise they do a stage carpet cleanPrespray, carpet scrub top to bottom in both directions, steam clean, then they use a carpet dryer to help carpet dry fasterWhen he came to my house he only did stages half [redacted] at thatHe presprayed and stem cleaned he wasdone in minMy carpets we're soaked I asked him about the stage process and he said we don't do that all the timeI called the office and they girl basically said he knows what he's doing carpets will be fineMy carpet looks awfulI called the office and nobody will return my callI just want everyone to know this company sucksI will never use them again and other people should be careful before you choose them to clean your carpets There not honest, they don't return your calls if you have a issue

This fella came out in a blizzard on Super Bowl Sunday night to unplug our drain. He opened the drain up enough to get us threw the night and came back the next day with a longer snake witch I'm sure that he did not have because of the blizzard. He stuck with the job until it was done and he even unplugged our basement sink at no extra charge. He did not charge any ridicules charges because of out situation or the bad weather. Keep up the good work

The [redacted] of TCM SEWER sent an employee that refused to do what was asked of him. He destroyed a cast iron pipe in our kitchen sink which involved major repair due to forcing a snake tool jammed into the pipe. He continued to tell us that the main drain was not the problem this was a month ago. Today I called the [redacted] in tears and he proceeded to scream at me about a saw that I have no idea about, told me his employee went above n beyond what he should have done even though he did not do what was requested which was too clear out the main drain. [redacted] the [redacted] amused me of being drunk because I was crying and very upset that I now have to have someone else come at 3am to do the job originally asked. I was screamed at about some stupid saw that he thought was left here which was not. I was swore at and verbally abused by this man.
