Product received did not perform as advertised. And charged for second delivery before 14 day trial from day of receipt was over.
Ordered maximum strength Forskolin product on July 29 2019, received 4 days later on August 2 2019. After 2 weeks of use as directed on package,there was no appreciable weight loss as promised. Then at 12:01 am on August 15th the amount of 95.00 was deducted from my checking account, before the end of the 14th day had ended and I had the chance to cancel any further transactions. If I had at least received the product I was charged for, I would have chalked it up to a lesson learned, continued to use the product,hoping to see some results from further use. As of today September 10 2019,I have still not received the product I was charged for almost a month later. When contacted by telephone,the representative, Bruce, tried to dodge around giving me a refund or any satisfactory answers to my questions. He also refused to connect me to a supervisor when I requested to speak to one. After trying to give me the runaround I finally told him I was going to contact the Revdex.com,the local police and my lawyer in an attempt to get my money refunded. Even when my husband goes to away to another state, and buys a 3,5 or 7 day fishing license, it becomes effective at the time the license was purchased. You are legally allowed to fish for 72,120 or 168 hours from the time the license was purchased. I expect no less from a company I am spending my hard earned money with. After about 15 minutes I received an alert on my cell phone that I was receiving a refund of the amount I was charged for the second delivery of the product. Luckily I am in a position to be able to deal with losing that amount of money but there are people out there who need the help this product promised and can't afford to have their money tied up and not receive the promised product.

Just let people know that this is not a company to trust doing business with.

This company misled me into getting their product. I thought I was only being charged shipping but they signed me up for monthly charges of $95.21
I responded to an online ad stating that I would only have to pay shipping fees for one month of Forskolin and Green Tee Extract. They charged my credit card $95.21 on the first of the month and they were planning to keep charging this amount every month but I never agreed to any of this. I tried to get my money back and they said a manager would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. The manager did call but I missed it due to my brother's funeral. I called again with the call back number the manager told me to use and then I had to start all over again. The sales rep tries to sell you more of their product and only refund a percentage of the money back. I said no and asked to speak with a manager. Again the manager was not available and was told he would call back in 24 to 48 hours. Never heard back.

Desired Outcome

I would like the $95.21 charge that I never authorized back.

Yes, I have just received my refund (it wasn't a full refund but it was 80%of it). So I will not be needing your help any longer. Thanks so much for helping with this as I think that is why they finally buckled and gave me 80% of what they took unauthorized. Thanks so much, and have a great day! Take care

Have called 4 times to get a refund on a "free" trial product. Was never told that I would be charged for additional products. Never received anything
2/19- Called to get a full refund on 3 different purchases 1/21 for $89.92, 1/22 for 89.95 and 2/19 for $94.91. Spoke to Agent #*** Painia. She refunded 2/3 charges. Sent last charge to upper management and I was supposed to hear back in 24-48 business hours, never did
2/26- Called and spoke to Rochelle #*** about the charge that was not returned for $89.95, was again referred to upper management. No response again.
2/28- Called and spoke to Sharelle #*** said that I would be refunded in 3-10 business days, never was.
3/13- Called again and the refund was never processed, sent to management once again.

The products I received from TCO-GARCINIA.COM and TCO-FORSKOLIN.COM were free samples I ordered online. The only charge I agreed to when ordering was the cost of shipping and handling for each one, $4.95 for Garcinia and $4.99 for Forskolin. There was no fine print indicating a subscription and no box to check which indicated that I was agreeing to the delivery of more than a sample of each.

When the products arrived, they were in an unmarked box with no accompanying documentation of any kind. When I called the telephone number on the bottles (855-984-9715) to determine where to return the items, I reached a message machine for *** of South Atlanta.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the $79.95 and $79.98 charges and called these companies at the numbers listed on my billing statement to arrange for a refund of the charges to my account.

After I shipped back the unopened bottles, I noticed that the information on the website now lists the terms that were not present when I submitted my order for samples.

Thank you for noting this deceptive practice by these companies.

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion. TCO Garcinia customers are demanding a more flexible consumption model, so we have transitioned to the monthly subscription-based schedule. This allows our active, on-the-go professionals the convenience of automatically receiving their weight-loss regimen. They are given a 14-day trial period to decide whether or not our product meets their needs, for only the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial, they are then charged for our exceptional products at the full retail price and enrolled in our subscription-based schedule. Our terms and conditions have remained on our website and we apologize if Ms. did not see them upon placing her order.

It does appear that Ms. has filed a dispute against the charges with her bank which freezes her account on our end, disabling us from issuing any refunds to rectify this matter. This is to prevent unintentional fraud by the customer who might then receive a double reimbursement from both us and their financial institution. We would be glad to issue those refunds back into her account if it is not too late to drop the dispute with her bank.

We are deeply committed to customer satisfaction and regret that Ms. did not find that with our company initially. We sincerely hope that this settles any discord Ms. felt with regard to our company.
