I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***. Yes we finally received a check #*** dated 4/25/for the amount of $(not $as stated by this company also received NO Explanation of the charges that they claimThis company does not want to take responsibility but they are a perfect example of how big money companys take money from the small middle class trying to invest in this countryHaving NO explanation of the expenditures and the fact that they DON'T know the amount refunded I have no reason not to think this company is clearly just stealing my money
