I've used TCR Rooter and Plumbing twice, both rooting issues [redacted] and [redacted] are wonderful!! They did great work, told me and showed me what was going on with my pipesIt wasn't tree roots like we thought so it was much less expensive than we predictedHe's fast, honest, calls if he's running a bit late What I really like is that when we were in dire need of a plumber last fall he made sure he visited even when his scheduled client encountered problemsHe could have bailed on us but didn'tHe worked a long hard day but he still came out and we had running water that night! A technician came to my home to do a simple adjustment on the temperature of the water in my water tank He immediately informed me that I needed a new temperature gage to be installed inside the tank He never removed the panel to simply adjust the dial with a small screwdriver He then informed me that the tank had been installed incorrectly and would need to have all the pipes cut and the tank turned around He quoted me $for the job I searched on YouTube and was able in minutes to adjusted the temperature myself I feel as though I was railroaded due to being a 70+ year old female I would never recommend this business

These guys are worse than uselessI booked an appointment to have my sewer line scoped, and was told that the workmen would be at my residence before 10am at the latest, and that I'd get a call minutes in advance so I could get back there from worknoon rolls around, and I don't hear anythingI call and find out that they are scoping a *** and the scope is stuck, but that they'd arrive soonAnother hour passes, and I receive a call telling me that the scope has broken, but a part will be available, and they promise up and down that they'll be at my place the following Tuesday, again before 10amLo and behold, nobody showsI call about 2pm, and am told that they'll pass the message alongI don't hear, so I call back the following day and am told the same thing - that they'll pass the message alongStill nothingPerhaps they're too prosperous at whatever it is they actually do to bother with regular residential plumbing jobs

After not receiving appropriate service for the job that we hired them for, they never sent the refund check they promised they would send.We payed them $75 to address a problem with our kitchen sink on 7/17. After over a month our sink was still not functioning correctly and we had extreme difficulty getting in touch with them. Once I finally did, we agreed to split ties and that they would refund our $75 since the process was so terrible. Throughout, the plumber couldnt even keep track of the correct brand of sink and ultimately we know he lied about at least one thing if not multiple. He claimed [redacted] wouldnt send us the needed parts. I hung up with him after our last conversation and within 10 min had every part we could potentially need from [redacted] on the way - free and free shipping. Desired SettlementI still want the $75 dollars they agreed to refund us.This complaint/issue has been resolved to my full satisfaction (and occurred in a very timely fashion).
