Once again, we have spoken to *** *** and have had to reschedule him due to unforeseen circumstances However, we continue to be in contact with him and have rescheduled his appointment to come look at his issue Why this is a continued issue instead of him picking up the phone and calling someone, we continue to respond through this means of communication?"

Mr [redacted] install our AC about two years ago. The AC went out on [redacted] we call him and he told us he would be out at no charge. We waited 3 1/2 months and he never show up. He kept saying I'll be they tomorrow and never show up again this went on since [redacted]. I'm 79 years old and on fix income. He now tells us he put it in already and there was no way he did. I had to hire a AC man for 800.00 to come out and change it out. When the repair man open up the AC there was the same old Coil which he said he put in when we were not home. [redacted] has lied to us so much. I hope he doesn't treat anyone else on a fix income like this. I'm on my on since my husband die a few year ago..
