TCS Heating & Air

Review: We moved into our new home in January of 2011 and in when we turned our central AC unit on in April it seemed that it took a long time to cool. I called the company who installed the system (TCS Heating & Air) for warranty service and was told the system was ok.Now in the spring of 2013 my system is low on freon and the estimated costs for leak detection and freon are $1000+ and TCS will take no responsibility for the repairs because I am out of my warranty. According to them they recommended a "leak detect" in warranty, and when I had them out for the 2nd time in 2011 it was for an unrelated AC issue. I was told by their customer service representative today that I need to "call someone else" and then promptly hung up on.Desired Settlement: I would like TCS to at least be willing to work with me to provide a more cost effective solution, as this unit has needed attention from the start.
