Unfortunately, at this time we no longer offer the courses student originally registered in. We are willing to process a refund for any tuition paid by the student for any courses he did not take. Student is advised to submit a request for a refund in writing.

Review: I went into a contract with tcs center,I was to get A+ & N+ training also Mctd-mcts,ccna training in March 2011.I sighed into a contract for 5 years 137.98 per month.In April **,2011 my daughter [redacted],needless to say I was heart broken.I informed the school,that I would not continue my classes,but would honor my contract.Last June 2013,the school sent me an email stating that I could return,and resume the classed if I chose to do so.I started back through November,the classes were suddenly halted.I have emailed the school,and called them concerning when classes would be resumed,with no response.I lost my job in July,but I was still paying for the courses,I fell behind in the payment of the courses,but still have no heard a word about classes resuming.I am now paying for a service that I am not getting,and until I get some kind of explanation I will with hold all payment due.Thank You [redacted]Desired Settlement: A refund or replacement of the classes I took,plus the others I was promised in the contract.

Review: A few friends and I signed up with this business to take some computer training courses.The courses was stopped and never completed. The teacher ([redacted]) that was teaching us stated to the whole class at the time that they will call us all back when class was to continue. We all asked about how long and he said about two weeks.Time went by and we never received a call back.I have my fellow classmates contact information as they are witnesses and also were in the course with me.They had me sign for a loan to take the course.They offered two options, $2,500 cash up front for the course or signed up for the loan and make payments as you go. I took the loan option as I was skeptical about the whole thing.I was making regular payments up until the time of the course being stopped.Desired Settlement: I would like the debt canceled and removed from collection agency.Course was never completed and they never contacted any of us regarding continuing.

This student registered back on June [redacted] 2011. Student's claim that he didn't finish his classes because classes was cancelled and he was never notified to resume his training is absolutely false. since 2011 to 2013-- 2 years. The student never came or called in an attempt to resume his training. We've had numerous classes throughout this 2 year period. Nonetheless, we have contacted the financing company and have issued a letter canceling all outstanding balances and requested to remove the student from any collection agency as the student requested.

Review: I thought this matter was resolved,only to find that the T.C.S.Center that cancelled my courseswill not respond to email or telephone calls.The fact remains that I signed a contract with TFC Finacial for the computer courses A=,MCITD,CCNACisco and others.After I contacted you the first time,I got a call for [redacted] I assume he's the director.Telling me that the school had lost their accredidation and was no loner offering the coursed.But I'm still stuck with this repayment of the money.I had stopped paying because the school had halted their courses in November of last year withno return schedual.Now TFC is looking at me for the repayment of the loan,how can I be responsible when TCS cancelled the courses?I recieved a collection notice today for the remained of the balance $4507.17.I fell that I should not pay this amount,because a\of the above.I hope you can finally resolve this matter.Thank You[redacted]Desired Settlement: A refund should be sent to the collection agency,and my credit restored.

Review: I registered for an Information Technology certification program to take courses to receive certifications in order to receive job placement. Such courses as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate, MCSA ( Microsoft Certified System Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer). I was subjected to pay $150.00 to participate in the program. Within this process, I was told that I had to register for aid or funding through a state funded program. Somewhat like grant money offered from the stat of New York. I went through the process, but the process took too long. When I finally was able to receive the courses I was unable able to attend because I was still enrolled in graduate school and taking courses.

I registered for the program on May *, 2009. I requested a refund at that time and spoke to the [redacted]. From there he advised me that a check was sent out in the mail for me. However, I never recieved it. Several times I went back and forth with this and I never received anything in the mail. As time went on I never received anything. I let time pass by and now I am picking this back up. I called and emailed the representative or the [redacted] on February **, 2014 to again inquire about my refund. I was told that he will look into the matter. Til this day, never received a answer. Nonetheless, I have proof of documentation that I paid for the program. So all I want is my monies that is owed to me.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund in the form of a check that actually is sent to me.
