TC'S Repair Service, Inc.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
[redacted] of TC Repair is further deviating from his story to conceal the fact that he was trying to charge for repairs he wasn't authorized to make. He states so in his own invoice and has reviews that give similar complaints against him. Two [redacted] users state similar experiences with TC Repair's lack of transparency, unscrupulous practices and poor customer service. Items are brought to the repair shop and then people are quoted much higher costs once the work is begun or completed. When I entered the business I stated, "Hi, I am [redacted] from the [redacted] . . . " . That was as far as I got in speaking before I was cut off and asked if I had $250 cash. I was also told to "get the hell out of my store", never to leave. The manner in which we have been treated and bilked is totally unacceptable by any business or human being.

Customer called for service on his [redacted] machine. Technician found NO functions to this machine and the control board had failed told customer [redacted]. Removed machine to shop for this repair. After checking over machine it was determined that control board would need to be ordered. Told by...

customer to order the parts. Customers at the location called several times on when the machine would be repaired. We explained we are waiting for the part and will call them and we cannot control when the parts will arrive from the mfg. Customer called again and we just received the part in. After installing the control board we found the motor on one of the group heads was not working. This we would not know as the machine was completely dead without a working control board. Called the customer and explained the problem. They stated they wanted the machine back. Told the customer there is a charge for our incurred charges of $250.00. After several phone calls it was told to the customer they only way to get your machine was to pay for our services already provided and in cash only because of the several phone calls coming in from various people at the location and the conversations regarding this machine, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. I believe it was [redacted] who called and stated they would not pay cash. It was again explained that we will only take cash. At this point not sure if taking a check or credit card would be a smart thing to do as stop payments could be made. Customer stated they are coming to pick up the machine without payment and bringing the police. Customer showed up at our location Monday 4/27/15 in the AM> Owner told he would need to pay for the services. After a bit of argument the customer was asked to leave our business. He returned with a police officer. She stated this was a civil matter. She looked over the invoice.  After several more phone calls we deducted $100.00 off the bill just to get this matter taken care of and the machine back to the customer...not repaired.
