I was given advertising material directing me to enter a contest online and I was told that I might be chosen to win a free Samsung Galaxy tablet. I was contacted on Oct. 17, 2013 and told that I was selected as the official winner. I was promised that the branch manager would contact me within 2-4 weeks and arrange a time for me to collect my prize. I was instructed to contact [redacted] directly if I had not been contacted by the branch manager in 4 weeks. I have called [redacted] 5 times and emailed 3 times. She keeps telling me that they were not properly prepared for the size of the contest. She confirmed with me that she did have the contact information for the branch manager in Assiniboia, SK. On Dec. 12, 2013 she promised me that the contest would be complete in a few weeks.
