I was told I was eligible for the tablet promotion then I called to find out when I would receive tablet I was then told I was not eligible.[redacted]. Every time I would call to inquire they said the tracker is down, someone will call you back. No one ever calls. Client became eligible after loan payment made August 31, 2015 as advised by myself when she called to confirm that she would qualify. We were unable to confirm tablet shipment date for customer or when it would be processed. Emailed our TD CORE CAMPAIGNS in regards to complaint and they have manually flagged client qualification and will process by next week. Shipment can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks once processed.
