Andrea Bocelli refund policy
I purchased 7 tickets from Ticketmaster for Andrea Bocelli and 2 additional tickets from ticket.com
Unfortunately, Andrea Bocelli had to cancel the show and it was very heartbreaking. Thank God Andrea Bocelli is doing better and has rescheduled. Unfortunately, some family members are out of town and will not be able to attend new show. TD Garden had this notice posted on their website word for word:

Customers from prior show date may retain original tickets to use on the new date. Refunds will be available through 12/18/23 at point of purchase.

After leaving several emails and voicemails with TD Garden this week I have not received any answers.
On 12/13 Ticket.com refused making refunds and 12/16 ticket master informed me that the event organizer is not offering any refunds. Ticketmaster offered me TD Garden phone number which is a roadblock. I have left several voicemails and several emails to customerservice@tdgarden since 12/13 I have received 1 auto response to a link regarding Andrea Bocelli that I mentioned above. Ticket.com doesn't want to offer the refund and TD Garden does not have anyone picking up to assist customers questions or concerns. I would just like to receive the refund on the seats I am unable to use seeing the refund is valid until 12/18 according to the refund policy TD Garden offered.
