I have not been able to register to view my account online and I cannot reach anyone on the phone. I have tried unsuccessfully for 2 months. I am on hold right now. I have been on hold for 4 hours and counting today. My banking information changed and I will be billed an nsf or whatever penalty they come up with since I have a new account. DO NOT DEAL WITH TD INSURANCE.

TD INSURANCE has been charging $22.30 from my bank account for Life insurance for last 8 years, I called them numerous times to send me policy and they refused and after 8 years got the policy and says on it is an accidental insurance but on bank statements classified as life insurance and has wrong date of birth and a very old address of 8 years ago and has no signature authorizing that I asked for this policy. They somehow get your information from bank but has wrong date of birth but can charge your bank account without your authorization [redacted] . I am having dispute with them as I never asked for this policy and are not taking any steps to resolve. [redacted]

After 6 years of having auto insurance with ** insurance (and no claims) they abruptly cancelled my policy with hardly any notice. The registered letter came a week before the policy was cancelled.
They claimed "material change in risk" when I called they gave no further explanation. And told me to [redacted] a new insurance provider.

When I first began using TD insurance I thought that their prices were very competitive and that their customer service representative were very nice. Recently I phone TD to cancel the park insurance I had on a vehicle that I no longer drove, because I sold it. I kept the vehicle insurance that I have on my current vehicle. For canceling the park insurance my monthly payment increased by $50 because my multi-vehicle discount ended. I told the customer service rep. that I do not think it makes sense to charge someone more money for having less insurance. The rep said that it was company policy and that he agreed with it. I asked to speak to someone else about my concerns but everyone had left for the day. I did some shopping around for new auto and home insurance and found that TD is no longer a competitive company, and that their rates are high compared to the competitors. It is not right to charge people more money for having fewer services; TD should change their company policies.
