After acquiring three proposals for a new AC unit, we hired TDH Mechanical Incto installed the new ac unit, (trane) in my home to service the second floor We paid TDH over $6,'s to install a new unit we explained to TDH, the importance of the unit being installed correctlyWithin a few weeks of install, the unit began to freeze, and leek water After various attempts to have the unit repaired, by TDH, each technician finding a different problem, TDH insisted that the problem was not the unit or the install but rather the closet and the lack of installationThey insisted that in order for the unit to work we would need to pay them an additional $5,to install installationWe had the same unit for years and never had these issues We have asked that they remove the unit and refund our money wit interest This is a VERY unprofessional company, the owner has been of NO help in salving this issue I highly recommend that this company receive a poor rating and be investigated for gauging Which is what they are doing Taking our money and not salving the issue

TDH Mechanical replaced a capacitor on customers condenser in order to start up the unit as the unit would not start.  We stand behind this diagnosis and repair.  I dealt with Mr. [redacted] directly with his numerous calls, while trying to resolve his issues.  We are not always able to...

resolve issues within an hour.  Mr. [redacted] wanted results very quickly, we responded within 24 hours. We did quote, in addition to capacitor, installing refrigerant into his AC system at our 2nd service call.  Mr. [redacted] was adamant that he did not need original part we replaced (capacitor).  We stand behind our diagnosis that he needed capacitor.  He wanted old part or refund.  We do not keep old parts.  Mr. [redacted] is a returning customer and in good faith we refunded Mr. [redacted] his money per request.  We advised that we did not want to do any further work for Mr. [redacted].  After last speaking with Mr. [redacted] he was happy with resolution.   -Jacquie [redacted], TDH Mechanical, Inc.

Had a new ac compressor, condenser coil, and lines ran. Very honest and straight forward! Good work to match.
