TDL Management provided false information about the eviction of tenants on my property and unlawfully kept rent payments made by those tenantsTDL Management acquired my property management agreement from another management company on August 1, 2014. In December of 2014 I spoke with the owner of the company and we agreed that she would begin eviction proceedings on my current tenants for non-payment of rent. I kept in contact with the owner who assured me that the eviction proceedings were successful and that my property was tenant free at the end of December 2013. The last time I spoke to TDL Management I informed the owner that I would no longer need a property manager as I would be putting the house on the market. I contacted TDL Management many times to get the keys to my house but was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. On February 5, 2015 I sent a locksmith to the property to change the locks on the property and was surprised to know that the tenants were still living at the property and in fact were never evicted. The property manager lied to me when she said they had been evicted in December of 2013. I was also informed that a money order for a December rent payment was given to TDL Management but I never received that money order. I've called and left plenty of voicemails in hopes that I can receive an explanation but my calls were never returned.Desired SettlementI would like the business to contact me and explain why she would lie about an eviction that had in fact not occurred. I would also like to know what happened to the December 2013 rent payment provided by the tenants and would like that money given to me if she still has it. Complaint[redacted] at TDL has not made deposit of our rent or provided a lease for new tenants since Feb 2015. There is no response to our emails.New tenants were advised as having moved in in Feb 2015. We were advised they were vetted and have photos of them on the premises. To date no rent from the company TDL has been received and no response to emails.Desired SettlementWe seek our rent paid of $850 from February 2015- April 2015
