The customer was told 3 to 21 business days for delivery because it was a consolidated load. She was fine with that delivery spread. Here is proof in the estimate, booking confirmation and further correspondence.  The customer actually already received her belongings on Saturday, [redacted].

   This isn't a response this is just a timeline of how you all kept telling me my stuff would be there tomorrow and it never did for almost two weeks. Also what isn't included in the timeline is all the times I called and no one called back or when you said you would call to give me an update and never did
