I can not speak highly enough of my experience with T E Certified HVAC and Josh ***, our technician, and Brent *** the HVAC service manager. Josh was the opitomy of professionalism. He took the time to listen to the concerns we had with our current HVAC system and his knowledge of HVAC equipment made it easy for us to understand and feel confident in the equipment he proposed for our home. Knowing that the installation process means everything to the purchase of a new HVCA system, Josh's expertise made us feel confident we were getting our units installed properly. We felt Josh treated us as he would want to be treated if he were the one purchasing for his home! Brent also came to our home to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installation process. We feel we received incredible service!

Technician professional and knowledgeable. Performed work needed and provided information regarding new electrical requirements but was not pushy!

Called to schedule an appointment. I left a message an got a call back within 15 minutes. They then had an available appointment three days later. Wilson the electrician called 20 minutes before arriving. Did I mention the service window was 11-2 on Friday and he arrived at exactly 11. When does that ever happen nowadays. Wilson was very knowledgeable and explained everything until he was sure I understood the plan and the exact cost before he did anything. He put covers on his shoes every time he was in the house. Job was done perfectly and all areas were cleaned by Wilson before he left so u wouldn't even know he had been there. Wilson was amazing and courteous. Obviously a top notch company. I would definitely use again.

I've used TE certified electrician three times now. The technicians are very professional and explains all work associated with the issue so you never have a question of what was done. It will be good though if the charge of $149 for diagnosis is applied for actual work since other companies have this business model. Other than that, I appreciated the quick response, especially that my AC went down on a Sunday.
