I apologize for the delay, we have located the invoice for the service callIt looks like this was done through a warranty company back in July of I see that we replaced a piston, evacuated and recharged the unit. I can only guess on why the t'shirt would be up there other than to wipe
sweat from the technician's face possiblyUnfortunately that technician is no longer an employee of ours, though he was a conscientious oneI would like to believe this was a mistake in leaving it in your attic though we do not and cannot determine this without asking the technician or seeing it ourselvesWe do apologize for the technician leaving his shirt up there

Review: Service pros of Virginia come to my home to repair a coil in the air handler for the air conditioner a few years ago. On Friday, June 20, 2014 I had to replace my whole air conditioner due to age and cost of the repair. When having a company replace the unit the found a t-shirt used to hold the coil in the air handler with “Service pros of Virginia” on it. The current company stated the shirt was used to keep the coil at the right angle and was blocking air flow out of the coil which caused the unit not to work properly.

I apologize for the delay, we have located the invoice for the service call. It looks like this was done through a warranty company back in July of 2008. I see that we replaced a piston, evacuated and recharged the unit. I can only guess on why the t'shirt would be up there other than to wipe sweat from the technician's face possibly. Unfortunately that technician is no longer an employee of ours, though he was a conscientious one. I would like to believe this was a mistake in leaving it in your attic though we do not and cannot determine this without asking the technician or seeing it ourselves. We do apologize for the technician leaving his shirt up there.
