On Nov 28.2021 I purchased two soap operas from this company, and after leaving them phone calls and e-mails and messages nobody has gotten in touch with me until today-
2/5/2022 to explain to me why my check cleared since then, and I have not received any of the two to my address in Mission, Texas: nor any calls or any information when I am going to get them if at all.

On March 11, 2015 I purchased a Spanish Soap Opera call: "[redacted]" on a 32-DVD DISCS SET. I watched the entire 32-dvd set and found out that one DVD was blank and incomplete, so therefore, I was not able to watch the ending of this soap opera. I informed immediately Te-lenovelas.com by email and call. I spoke to Mr.[redacted] or [redacted] and told me that he would send me a REPLACEMENT and told me to ship back the DEFECTIVE 32-DVD SET. I shipped back the DEFECTIVE 32-DVD SOAP OPERA SET on May 27, 2015. I have emailed and called numerous time to find out if they have received the 32-DVD SET but they have NEVER answer me back. I have called them as well and they just keep ignoring me. Very bad customer service when they claim that their number one priority is the customer satisfaction. I am aware that they DO NOT offer REFUND. However, they offer DVD REPLACEMENT. I bought it online using my credit card. The amount was $104.00 dollars. I am NOT asking for a REFUND, I am just simply asking to send me my REPLACEMENT 32-DVD SET as they offer on their website policies.
