Dear *** ***:This letter is in response to my telephone call with you June regarding Complaint ID ***.The customer is correct when she stated, regarding our program, that “the last months are practice teaching in an actual schoolWe assist candidates in finding a school and work directly with the school to make arrangements for practice teaching with a Teach-Now trained mentor.”As this customer knows, we were actively working on assisting her in finding a school in which to do her practice teaching at the time she filed her complaint to Revdex.com in April (which we were unaware of) and continued to assist her in finding a school in which to do her practice teaching until we were notified by you via letter dated May 27, and received in our office June when I called you.After speaking with the customer following talking with you on June 2, we ceased working on her behalf to assist her in finding a student teaching placement and began the process of refunding the partial tuition payment in the amount of $3,which she had paidBy now, she should have received the refund.Yours sincerely,

Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  TeachNow claims that their program can be completed in 9 months.  I started in November 2013, and expected to start student teaching in March 31, 2014.  I sent the company the contact information for local schools in January 2014.  I think if the company had contacted the schools earlier, then this whole problem would have been avoided.  I think TeachNow had no choice but to give me a refund because they refused to assist me in a timely manner.
