Teachers Driving Academy (TDA)

We are in receipt of your complaint regarding a customer being upset about not providing driving lessons in their community.History: In February 2015, he customer paid $to the towns adult education program (not TDA) for the required hour of classroom driver's education program The TDA then provides the teachers who provide the classroom instruction at a location designated by the respective town.In October 2015, the teen wished to begin driving lessons Up until this time, the TDA had serviced teens in the town of Natick with full-service pickup and drop-off at their homes Unfortunately, we found that Natick is too far out of our geographical region to teach the proper aspects of driver's education When a student is just travelling from their house to pick up another student due to the extended distance, we are not building on the skills necessary and ultimately, the teen does not get the proper training they deserve.The TDA would love to service everyone, however, we must morally realize what it is in the best interest of the students.We provided the teen with a parent completion letter and a hour class completion letter at no charge The customer has filed a complaint seeking a refund for the $they paid the town for the driver's education that they properly received The customer wants this money back due to the fact that the driving school they are conducting lessons with is higher in price than TDA.Even though the customer did NOT pay the TDA the $for class, we will refund the money so they can move forward and we can resolve such an issue.Thanks for being part of the TDA.Teachers Driving Academy"Teaching quality driver's education at a location near you" [redacted] ***(Office) [redacted] (Toll Free) [redacted] (Fax) [redacted]
