Review: Teacher's Pension & Insurance Services recommended and administered a life insurance policy investment account with [redacted] for my wife. The policy was later terminated with [redacted] and no monies were owed to then.Several weeks later a bill was received stating that payments were due for quarterly premiums. This bill came from Teacher's Pension and listed [redacted] as the contact. Multiple attempts were made to contact [redacted] regarding the erroneous bill; however, no return calls were received over a several week period. A final call was placed to the general office number where we were informed that [redacted] was in a meeting and that we would receive a call back that same day. No return call was received. As of right now the erroneous bill is outstanding and no contact attempts have been returned by the agent to provide an explanation.Desired Settlement: We need [redacted] to return our calls to explain the reason for the bill

Response:
First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the frustration this has caused you. This does not reflect the quality of service that we strive to provide here at Teacher's Pension. We have been working on streamlining our processes and hope to avoid any customer request getting overlooked in the future. Regarding your account, the letter that you received from [redacted] was not an actual bill. Their company has an automated system whereby they send notices to clients when they terminate a policy to inform the client that IF they change their mind and wish to continue contributing to the policy, the cost would be "x" amount. Since you do not wish to continue this policy, you can simply ignore this letter since no money is actually owed. We appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention and again apologize for the lack of communication on our part. By now, you should have received a phone call from our Operations Manager. Please contact her directly if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this or any other matter.
