They bought a used car "as is" and signed the form, also because of the $budget the customer was working with they quickly declined to even entertain a after market warrantyCalderone car and truck was very fair discounting the car was below retail just to earn the customers business and which they we so happy they did leave a positive review about how accurate the condition of the car was and how nice the salesperson wasWe really try to make or guests happy in all aspects of the businessThis customer has twisted things around, made statements, even said they recored our phone calls without our consent, which is illegal and is a federal and state LAW!I have made copies of all this customers texts, response on the Revdex.com and have forward this to my attorneyI will not be bullied or slandered because you purchased a year old car and it needs a repair after purchase thats why its called a used car and we say its "AS IS" "NO WARRANTY" from us or the factoryCall Jeep and ask them to fix it since they made the thing, I bet they will decline 100%.Slander reviews to gain a service after the sale and saying you recorded phone calls without anyones permission or consent is illegal and I will take further action if your review is not taken down, Do not contact us again and no need to respond anymoreAlso we use our security cams for security and "no audio" is recored because that is illegalAnthony Calderone

I did not text Tony demanding that Calderone pay for the repairs, and I can provide proof of the texts to show the whole conversation I can also provide the audio conversation of the phone call where Tony told me what was and was not wrong with the jeep commander, listening to the audio he states that the check engine light has came on and been checked by his mechanic but it is "just and "osensor" and when I asked how the tires are, he said "They are all good." I have a call recorder app on my phone, and it didn't really dawn on me that these calls were recorded until last weekend I have not slandered anyone , I have given honest review of a business and warned people of what they are getting into before they buy a vehicle from here My husbnd did decline a warranty offered by Tony over the phone because he wasn't giving him any more money , when he had already taken advantage of usWe should have been offered the warranty to begin withThe video cameras in the dealership could probably be reviewed to show that he did not offer us the warranty , he told us it was as is NO WARRANTYI will be more than happy to provide you with any of the texts or audio calls if need beI have not been notified by the dealership

Calderone car and truck was very fair discounting the car was below retail just to earn the customers business and which they we so happy they did leave a positive review about how accurate the condition of the car was and how nice the salesperson was. We really try to make or guests happy in all aspects of the business. Let me start out by saying that the customer was happy and when we asked if they didn't mind leaving us a good review they said "no problem" and  that they would be glad to. We also was asking $6500 for the car they asked us for a huge discount after a test drive saying the airbag light came...

on, after calling a mechanic they felt comfortable making us an offer of $5373.83 plus tax for a total $5750 otd. We agreed on the discounted price to earn another customers business. I also mentioned everything I knew about the car which and I quote " we used a shop nearby and they changed the oil, fixed the flat tire and checked the engine light out which was a PO158 02 high voltage sensor code. I have the proof from the repair shop as they noted this in there computer system, I also have a copy of this proof which we will attach. So after leaving us a positive review and leaving happy customers I get a call 1 week later saying that they are mad and disappointed and that they fell like we should pay for a check engine light code that is popping up. I asked if the bought a warranty and they said NO, my salesperson offers every person a warranty if the car qualifies at the time of showing them the "AS IS" "NO WARRANTY" form. They said no thanks to my salesperson, so when the husband called me I started to tell her husband you can buy a warranty if the vehicle still runs and drives good and if a few months down the road if something happens to the vehicle then its covered under warranty, he cut me off half way into talking and said that he is not "that kind of person he was" whatever that meant. I was trying to inform him that he can still buy a warranty if the car drives fine but he insisted to cut me off again and say Im not buying your warranty. Then his wife texts me and basically says if calderone car and truck does not pay for the repair that she was going to contact agencies to complain about us and she was going to write a nasty reviews about us. I told her to call the shop and provided her with the number to call for herself to see that the tire had been fixed before and the code was not related to whatever code they are getting now. She just keep being aggressive saying this is going nowhere. 5 minutes later erased her positive post about how great we did and then turned it into a negative post saying we lie and do bad business. We have a copy of her great review for further proof that they were pleased when they purchased and I understand some people dont get it when you buy a 10 year old vehicle "as is" and you do not want the warranty that its on the buyer for all future repairs and maintenance starting day one! Bottom line they were very pleased with us and now the car needs a repair they twisted every word said to have there own side of there story and make us feel and look bad. You cant just threaten someone with bad reviews and agencies and expect anyone to meet you in the middle, they had turned the positive review into a negative review during the time we texted about trying to find a resolution, which after this bulling attempt and slander to my business we will do nothing forward. My attorney will have a copy of this slandering on file just in case we go any futher. So again I have proof the car was serviced and the code had no relation to the problem they complained about, I have proof they left happy and more then willing to write a wonderful review. I have proof they changed all negative once the car needed a repair. I am attaching a copy of the service docs with proof and the bill of sale that was for $5373.83 plus tax and the "AS IS' 'NO WARRANTY' SIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER! We have been in business for 14 years and have hundreds of repeat guests so I would say plenty of people feel we do it write. Sorry you didn't feel the same.
