Review: I had hired Teal green events to provide 2 room dividers for a holiday party on Dec 14th, 2013. The owner, [redacted] dropped off the 2 dividers that we had paid in full for & left. I called her immediately stating that those were not the correct ones & she apologized profusely & said she would make it right. I have a text message stating so. They were 2 different ones & we were only able to use one of them & were embarrassed to do so. I had been in contact with Kim Teal 46 times, (I have every email to prove it) She has since been ignoring me, even after she told me in February that a return was initiated, I asked for proof & I have not heard from her since. I see that a lot of people are upset with her, (via facebook & other review sites) and it seems she may be trying to change her business name as well. I just want my money back, she is not a truthful person & I don't feel like what she is doing is right.Desired Settlement: I just want the $110. refunded asap, I don't ever want to deal with her again.
