VW...2 year old car, corrosion. Service staff said it was my fault the car had rust on it. Quirk too a quick look and said "no way this is a warranty case". Quirk did not want to take time to take pictures and file claim!! I was very disappointed on how we were treated by the dealer who was very happy to sell the car!

Took it to another VW dealer ([redacted]); they were very happy to assist with the claim. VW approved it, we got a rental car for free, and the rust spots were removed.

QUIRK VW of MANCHESTER; avoid it if possible. After the sale, they forget about being your 'friends' and help you with car issues.
