I had to have them come out on a Sunday and they were here within an hour. Martha in the office was amazing and when Mark arrived he was the most polite and respectful service tech I have ever had. Their prices were fair and he only did the work that need to be completed. Honest and trustworthy! Love this company!

It all started with the ad in the mail. The prices were too good to be true, so since I needed a new AC unit I called and talked to Tina who set up an appointment with Dustin. He came in the house and did not try to sell me but explained to me why I should not be concerned with the low prices because the unit, service and company are 5 star. I was concerned about all the add-on's, but his quote was just what the ad listed and I shopped around and knew what that unit was selling for from other company's. I called again and Tina scheduled the install and Robert T. plus Dustin (man of many hats) arrived to do the install. These two gentlemen were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, very honest and considerate. Dustin told me what time he would be at my house and how long the job should take. Dustin's integrity and commitment to the company he works for showed with his being on time to start the job and completing it in the time he stated. I highly recommend this company for it's price , service and customer care. Already called them for another job.

AMAZING SERVICE. OUR HVAC BROKE DOWN. THERE WAS NO AIR COMING OUT THE VENTS. SO WE LOOKED UP ON YELP- TO SEE WHO IS AROUND. WE FOUND TEAM AIR-ZONA WITH 5 STAR REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A SHOT. GLAD WE DID. NEVER ONCE WERE WE PRESSURED TO BUY ANYTHING EXTRA. OUR AIR FILTER WAS NEVER CHANGED AND WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY. DUSTIN SAID IT HAD PLUGGED UP THE AIR FILTER AND FROZED UP THE INDOOR COIL. HE ADVISED US TO LEAVE UNIT OFF FOR HOUR AND PUT NEW AIR FILTERS ON. IT WORKED. HE ONLY CHARGED UP THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE. $65

I had a great experience with John (scheduling) and Dustin (technician). Very polite, professional and helpful when presenting the issues we had with our HVAC units. I never felt pressured or mislead with information or technology terms I couldn't understand. Dustin was great about making recommendations, being clear on charges and how long it would take. Overall, get experience.

Dustin & Robert were here this morning promptly on time. Our furnace was not working. Our income is low and it's the week before Christmas so we were worried about the cost. They were able to replace the compressor and charge the system for a low price. They were so careful not to leave any traces of the work (even wore shoe covers in the house) and we so courteous. We'll definitely use them when we replace the system.
